Technical Managers’ Decision-Making Toolkit

As technical managers, we’re often faced with decisions for outcomes that will occur in the future. The decision-making toolkit, taught hands-on in our technical and project management courses, includes a number of tools that can be employed to help us do just that. In this issue, I’d like to share with you an Eogogics white paper that discusses the use of one of these tools.

I’d also like to take this opportunity to highlight our technical and project management curriculum. It includes 20+ courses covering all aspects of this important subject. These are high-octane workshops that simulate in class the challenges faced by technical managers in the real-world. And they are taught by high powered instructors with advanced degrees, typically a PhD, 15+ years of real-world technology management experience, often as an Engineering Vice President, 15+ years of teaching experience, and professional certifications such as PMI’s PMP®. Please take a moment to check out this curriculum.

Enjoy the summer!
