Although an employer can help with, and a mentor can guide the transition process, individuals who take the initiative to design their own career path are the ones who fare best.

In this course, we will help you overcome the fear of transition and see it as an opportunity rather than a danger. You will leverage your past history and accomplishments in an introspective manner to see what you value and need in a career and what you need to do to get there. Using you own resources, you will see the possibilities that others would never have shown you and, perhaps, directions you would never have dreamed of. You will leave the course mentally ready to embark on your new venture; you will also have a set of tools and a plan to help you accomplish it.
