  • Soft-skills and leadership courses are developed by highly experienced developers trained in adult learning principles (“andragogy”) in collaboration with subject matter experts, human resource specialists, and – in case of project management courses – PMI certified project management experts.
  • We will customize the course to address the needs and challenges specific to your team or organization.  Some courses can be optionally taught as action learning programs where your team will work on real-life problems in real-time while learning the subject matter of the course at hand.
  • A seasoned instructor, trained in adult learning and motivational techniques and platform skills, will lead the class in a “workshop” (lecture/practice) format.  Project management courses are taught by career project managers with the PMI® PMP® certification.
